For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless damaged or defective. All other items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging for returns.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are in USD. While we check accuracy carefully, if we discover an error in pricing, we will inform you and give you the option to reconfirm or cancel your order.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Shipping Options

We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia):

• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)

5.2 Delivery Responsibility

Once items leave our facility, risk of loss passes to you. We’re not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns & Exchanges

6.1 Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase as much as we do. Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for most items (excluding earrings). Items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with tags attached
• In original packaging with protective covers
