We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) using premium carriers to ensure your delicate knits and formal gowns arrive in perfect condition.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. Please ensure items meet our return requirements:

  • All tags attached

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged Items
