Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings unless they arrive damaged or defective. All other accessories and clothing items are eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for approval – Our style consultants will review your request and send you a Return Authorization Number within 2 business days.
  3. Package your return – Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags and protective covers.
  4. Ship your return – Send the package to our boutique at:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Return Shipping Options

You may choose your preferred shipping method for returns. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs to send your new item once we receive your return.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your romantic A-line dress, boho maxi, or any other item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free return and expedite your replacement or refund.
